EMS TRAINING
During EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) training, you are put on a vest with electrodes and connected to a training device. With low-frequency electrical impulses, you train your entire body for 20 minutes without having to use weights. During this time, you will be accompanied by our personal trainers at all times and will not be able to perform any exercise incorrectly. All this makes the training much more intense and therefore more effective than ordinary training in the gym.
